A group of 12 individuals comprising of Researchers, Engineers and Executives from PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad and Petronas Research Sdn. Bhd. visited Green Technology Park (GTP) in Pekan, Pahang on 21st February 2024. The purpose was to gain insight into Nextgreen’s innovative business and share the journey towards the sustainability goal. During the visit, our guests had the opportunity to explore our greenhouse where we cultivate some fruits and vegetables using our innovative biofertilizer. This firsthand experience showcased the sustainable agricultural practices we promote at Nextgreen.
Additionally, the group was given an insightful tour of our pulp and paper making factory, where they gained invaluable insights into our bio-integrated zero-waste concept. Witnessing our commitment to recycle and reinvent wastes while maximizing resource efficiency left a lasting impression on our visitors. We are thrilled by the interest and enthusiasm displayed by the PETRONAS team to learn and drive sustainability and innovation in our industries.
