At Nextgreen, workplace safety is paramount and deeply ingrained in our core values, and aim to foster a “Zero Accident” culture

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees, contractors, visitors, and stakeholders. Our commitment is guided by our Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Policy, which outlines our approach to preventing workplace injuries and illnesses, complying with applicable laws and regulations, identifying and managing workplace risks, and continuously improving our safety performance.

We promote safety awareness through regular communication, training, toolbox briefings, and workplace engagement activities. Employees are encouraged to report unsafe conditions, hazards, and near misses to support timely corrective actions and strengthen our safety culture. Nextgreen remains committed to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring occupational safety and health is integrated into our daily operations.

At Nextgreen, our people are the cornerstone of the company and we value their contribution to the company and our growth. In 2025, our workforce comprises of a total of 212 employees, representing a diverse range of roles and functions across our operations.

We have established a Social and Human Rights Policy that guides our commitment to respecting human rights, promoting fair labour practices, and fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace across our operations. As part of its commitment to respecting human rights and fostering a safe, inclusive and respectful workplace, Nextgreen provides ongoing training and awareness programmes on its Human Rights Policy and related topics, including employment rights, anti-harassment, grievance handling, workplace conduct and relevant regulatory requirements. All operational employees of NGPP receive Human Rights Policy training during employee induction, with awareness reinforced through the annual Knowledge Fair.

Nextgreen is committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace that is free from all forms of sexual harassment. The Company adopts a zero-tolerance approach towards sexual harassment and any inappropriate conduct, which may result in disciplinary action.

To promote awareness and prevention, information on sexual harassment, reporting channels and available support mechanisms is communicated to employees through internal communication channels, including workplace notice boards and toolbox briefings. Employees are reminded of their responsibility to report any concerns or incidents promptly.
