Nextgreen Global Berhad held its Integrity Awareness Talk on 9 December 2025 in conjunction with International Anti-Corruption Day, reinforcing the Group’s commitment to creating a safe, ethical and supportive work environment for all employees.

The keynote presentation was delivered by Superintendent Thilak Munusamy from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). Through his presentation titled “Act or Resign: Corrupt-Free Corporate Malaysia,” he highlighted corruption risks, corporate liability under the MACC Act 2009 and the importance of the T.R.U.S.T adequate procedures framework. The session also provided employees with practical guidance on red flags, reporting channels and maintaining personal accountability.
