In conjunction with the 100 Million Trees Planting Campaign at Tasik Chini, Pahang, Next Green Pulp and Papers (NGPP)’s employees and a group of volunteers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) participated in a Tree Planting Programme. The team successfully planted a total of 214 trees, including Meranti Temak Nipis, Merawan Siput Jantan, Kasai, and Batai species. NGPP played a significant role by contributing 1,000 saplings for this initiative. This programme exemplified Nextgreen’s commitment to supporting tree planting activities as part of their efforts towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and conserving the environment.
