Senior HR Executive

Job Description:

1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment process – from job posting to selection.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs for both permanent and project-based staff.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

2.HR Operations & Compliance

  • Handle HR documentation, employment contracts, and personnel files.
  • Administer attendance, leave, and payroll data in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.

3.Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contract for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Support initiatives that promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative work culture.
  • Plan and execute staff engagement activities, team-building events, and welfare programs.

4.Performance Management

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisals and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement and career growth.

5.Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
  • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.

6.HR Strategy & Support

  • Assist management in HR planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational development.
  • Contribute ideas to improve HR systems, policies, and workflow efficiency.

Job Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, due to potential engagement with Mandarin-speaking partners or stakeholders.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
