Marketing Executive

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategic and initiatives that aligns with company’s goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify and define target audiences, evaluate opportunities, trends and competitive analysis for informed decisions.
  • Organize, manage and coordinate events, campaigns and exhibitions across multiple channels to maximize reach and import.
  • Monitor and report on spending to ensure marketing activities remain within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing events and initiatives and prepare detailed reports on marketing performance including recommendations for improvements to Marketing Department Head / Senior Management.
  • Develop marketing plans to achieve the company’s marketing goal and drive growth.
  • Work closely with internal or external designers and copywriters to design marketing materials and corporate websites.
  • Oversee and review creative content for marketing materials, website and social media accounts such as LinkedIn, including social media posting schedule.
  • Attending meetings and liaising with clients, suppliers or external outsourced service providers.
  • Address customers inquiries and feedback to enhance satisfaction and address any issues arise.
  • Create brand awareness and brand acceptance, including developing and maintaining brand positioning and message.
  • Produce and presents regular updates, information, and reports to the marketing department heads.
  • Coordinates with team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives, and to guide and support junior colleagues.
  • Ensure customer and internal communication includes MSPO CoC, ISCC Plus & ISO commitments.
  • Manage claims and traceability requirements in sales documentation.
  • Coordinate audit preparation and ensure documentation traceability under certification standards.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably assigned.

Job Requirement:

Education / Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business/ commerce/ economics/ finance, communications, public relations, or related/ equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in the marketing field/ business/ creative content/ communication/ market research/ public relation/ sales/ customer relations, or related/ equivalent field.
  • Good knowledge of marketing concepts and principles.
  • Excellent copy writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Event and/ or project management experience; with the ability to idea, lead, and execute a project through completion.

  • Creativity, writing, editing and design skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
  • Proactive to share ideas and thoughts, including the ability to accept feedback.
