BHS Book Printing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nextgreen Global Berhad, specializes in producing top-notch printed materials. Notably, BHS is the first printing company in Malaysia to use sustainable and environmental friendly paper made from the virgin Empty Fruit Bunch (EFB) pulp. In 2020, Nextgreen’s printing and publishing division shifted to packaging printing for fruits and foodstuff, face masks, gloves, plasticware, consumer electronics, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products and industrial packaging boxes.
In advocating sustainable operations, progressive methods have been embedded into its corporate responsibility agenda. The division is progressively using 100% low volatile organic compound (VOC) and eco-friendly soy-based ink in printing processes.
