Nextgreen Global Berhad’s employees have successfully planted 150 additional trees, including indigenous species like Merbau, Mengkulang, and Keruing, in Hutan Simpan Chini, Pahang.
The R&D team of Nextgreen Global Berhad actively participated in a forum titled “Bridging the Gap between University and Industry” organized by the Department of Bioprocess Technology, Faculty of Biotechnology & Biomolecular Sciences (FBSB) at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).
In conjunction with the 100 Million Trees Planting Campaign at Tasik Chini, Pahang, Next Green Pulp and Papers (NGPP)’s employees and a group of volunteers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) participated in a Tree Planting Programme.
Nextgreen’s R&D department attended SROI Workshop by UPM at the Institute of Tropical Forestry and Forest Products, UPM. This event is a continuation of the technology transfer between NGPP and UPM in July 2022.
