Nextgreen Global Berhad celebrated International Day of Zero Waste at the headquarter office, highlighting the significance of global waste management and sustainable consumption practices. Our dedicated employees engaged in informative sessions and quizzes led by our Sustainability team on the 5R’s of Waste Management: Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Rot.
We discussed our individual initiatives to support the zero waste agenda in our homes and communities, recognizing its alignment with Malaysia’s journey towards zero waste and net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. We’re optimistic that our collective efforts will contribute to achieving the National Recycling Rate target of 40% by 2025.
