Job Description :
- Reviewing and evaluating the internal control systems and risk management processes of the Group so as to provide reasonable assurance on their integrity, adequacy and effectiveness.
- Execute assurance engagements in compliance with the approved annual Audit Plan. Review includes internal control evaluations, project management and control audits, financial audits, operational reviews, due diligence, special investigations.
- Assets verification, stock count attendances and any other type of audit work as directed.
- Review internal control system in accordance with audit work program and responsible for maintaining proper and complete working papers and other audit documentation.
- Document reviewed observations and result as well as compiling audit findings for every engagement review for the Audit Report and make appropriately reasonable recommendations for corrective action together with follow up review.
- Support the Head/Team during opening/closing meetings with the auditees after each review engagement.
- Monitor progress on corrective actions by management, and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head as and when necessary.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA/ICAEW or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
- Finalists of professional accountancy qualification are also encouraged also apply.
- For the vacancy of Assistant Manager Internal Audit, minimum experience is 6 years is required.
- For the vacancy of Internal Audit Executive, minimum of the 3 years is required.
- Preference for those with internal audit experience in construction and manufacturing industries or from existing internal audit departments in large commercial organizations.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal & communication as well as report writing skills.
- Able to work independently, willing to travel and possess own transport
