Nextgreen Global Berhad’s employees have successfully planted 150 additional trees, including indigenous species like Merbau, Mengkulang, and Keruing, in Hutan Simpan Chini, Pahang. This achievement marks a total of 500 trees planted across three impactful Tree-Planting events, reflecting our commitment to a greener and more sustainable future. Collaborating with Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and Jabatan Perhutanan Pahang, our recent tree planting program focused on restoring the degraded forest, emphasizing forest conservation and aligning with Nextgreen’s dedication to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This collective effort highlights the profound impact of reforestation on climate change mitigation and ecosystem restoration, underscoring our shared responsibility in nurturing the environment for a better tomorrow.
