Nextgreen’s Sustainability team worked with consultant, Terence Ooi to conduct a social needs assessment of the Orang Asli community. The assessment included conducting engagement sessions with Nextgreen’s Orang Asli employees at Green Technology Park and the Orang Asli communities surrounding Green Technology Park Pekan to better understand their needs and work towards supporting them. Short motivational talk was also given to form 5 students of SMK Paloh Hinai.
