Datuk Rawisandran A/L Narayanan (“Datuk Rawi”) was appointed to the Board as the Independent Non-Executive Director on 25th July 2025. Datuk Rawi has extensive experience in both the corporate sector and public service, with a strong background in leadership, governance, and community engagement.

Datuk Rawi currently serves as a Director of the National Land Finance Co-Operative Society Limited since 2021 and is the Managing Director of Merujaya Pome Solutions. He was formerly an Independent Non-Executive Director of Tenaga Nasional Berhad from October 2020 to May 2023 and presently holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at Pengurusan Aset Air Berhad (a wholly-owned entity under the Minister of Finance Incorporated) since May 2023.

In addition to his corporate roles, Datuk Rawi has been actively involved in politics and public administration. He served as a Member of the Sepang District Council (1997-2003), Member of the Kajang Municipal Council (2003-2008), and was appointed as a Senator from 2007 to 2010. He was also a state assembly candidate for DUN Batu Caves in the 13th General Election (2013) and for DUN Sg. Tua, Batu Caves in the 14th General Election (2018). From 2016 to 2018, he served as the Secretary of the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC) Selangor.

Datuk Rawi continues to serve as a respected leader in both corporate and community sectors, with a proven track record of governance, strategic direction, and public representation.

He has no family relationship with other Director and/or major shareholder of the Group. He does not have any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest with the Group. He has not been convicted for any offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences, if any.
