Ten employees from NextGreen Pulp & Paper’s production department actively engaged in the Workforce Transformation Program for new industrial workers at Makmal Elektronik Asas, Pahang Skills Development Centre. As part of this program, they completed various modules, including the ‘Motor Control Technique’ module. This comprehensive two-month program was sponsored by MIDA under the Local Talent Development Program, aiming to support the growth and development of the Electrical & Electronics (E&E) ecosystem.
