Nextgreen employees at the headquarters office came together for a team-building activity organized by the HR department, with the theme of ‘Personality Profiling’. The objective of this activity was to help staff members identify their personality types, including sanguine, choleric, melancholy, and phlegmatic, and foster a better understanding of each other based on their personalities. They engaged in discussions on how to effectively collaborate with individuals of different personality types, learning about the do’s and don’ts to maintain a positive and productive work environment. It was an enjoyable experience for all employees as they connected with one another and got to know their colleagues better.
