Job Description :
- Involve and coordinate in new application design and implementation of business applications.
- Maintain the conditions of all system such as servers, routers, switches, cable connection, IT license, assets, and internet service applications.
- Alliance with software vendor to assist in system design and development and communication for the purchases and project installation.
- Able to manage and setting server storage (Synology).
- Manage day-to-day IT support operations, including:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Troubleshooting issues with networks and all computer equipment.
- Maintaining email hosting.
6. Any other duties and function as required by your superior from time to time.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate / Diploma / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of desktop computing and LAN applications in the Windows environment.
- Good in network hardware/software management and maintain the server.
- Good knowledge in PC troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
- Experience in webpage development and updating, hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
